Other Policies

1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

2. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Process of shipping:
All our orders are processed within one working day. Shipping will be done by FEDEX delivering process. Please note there no delivery on Friday.

Places we ship:
We currently deliver our products to UAE only.

Duration for the shipment:
1. For Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al khaymah and Um Ul Quwain , Abu Dhabi
– Orders placed before 5.00 pm (UTC +4) will be delivered the next business day.
– Orders placed after 5.00pm ( UTC+4) will be delivered maximum in 2 business days

2. For Alain, Fujairah:
– Orders will be delivered maximum in 2 business day.
B- For Trays and special arrangements:
Order will be delivered maximum in 2 business day


Delivery charges:
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman – AED 50 and Free delivery for order above AED 300
Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, Fujairah and Um Al Quwain – AED 100 and Free for order above AED 500

Outside the city area (Jabal Al Dhana, Kalba, Khazna, Khorfokkan, Liwa Mirfa'a, Ruwais, Sila'a, Tarif, Wathba, Baniyas, Bida Zayed, Bida'a Zayed, Buhasa, Dhaid, Dibba, Goueifat, Habshan, Hatta – AED 200

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 2 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for a minimum of 30days for the refund transfer to be completed.

4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We will accept returns within 4 days of receipt if:
– The wrong products was delivered
– The products has been damaged during the delivery

We will not accept any returns if:
– The delivery packaging has been opened
– The product has been used

Please notify us immediately at info@forreygalland.com and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.

If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment with a minimum of 30 days for the transfer to be completed.
